British Standard Category 2 fireworks are tested at 5 metres and are called Garden Fireworks. British Standard Category 3 fireworks are tested at 25 metres and are called Display Fireworks. There is nothing in between i.e. if you fire Category 3 fireworks in an area less that the British Standard requirements of 25 metres, Brilliant Fireworks cannot be held responsible in any way.
