Safe and secure delivery

Deliveries take place using specialist carriers and normally take 2-3 days from the date of order.  A next-day delivery service is available except for September and October.

Delivery can only be arranged to an address where a signature can be obtained between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Please ensure you sign for the number of boxes delivered and check the contents as soon as possible against the enclosed packing list.  Please DO NOT wait until the morning of your display to do this.  We must be informed 48 hours of the delivery of any issues of any issues that may have arisen.

Occasionally we will have to make substitutions, which will be of greater or similar value than the original items.

No hidden extras

All our self-fire (DIY) display pack prices include VAT.  Fireworks are dispatched once full payment has been received.
